Job Summary

IOTA Technologies is seeking a SharePoint Support Consultant (Saudi National) to support, maintain, and enhance SharePoint environments for a key enterprise customer in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on operational support, user enablement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of SharePoint platforms aligned with business and compliance requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Prem environments

  • Monitor SharePoint performance, availability, and user access issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to:

    • Document libraries, lists, workflows, permissions

    • Site collections, content types, metadata, and search

  • Support Microsoft 365 integrations including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Automate

  • Manage user access, security groups, and permissions in line with client policies

  • Assist in SharePoint enhancements, minor customizations, and configuration changes

  • Coordinate with Microsoft, internal teams, and client stakeholders for issue resolution

  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles

  • Support end-users through training, guidance, and best practices

  • Ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory and compliance requirements where applicable


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Saudi National (mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience supporting SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2019/2016

  • Strong understanding of:

    • SharePoint architecture and administration

    • Permissions, security, and governance

    • Microsoft 365 ecosystem

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Power Automate (Flow)

    • SharePoint Designer (preferred)

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)


Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise or government environments in KSA

  • Exposure to ITIL-based support processes

  • Microsoft certifications (SharePoint / M365)

  • Experience supporting large user bases and mission-critical portals
